This lesson emphasizes the importance of focusing on impactful actions ("shouts") in the fitness industry rather than getting distracted by minor details ("whispers"). It uses personal anecdotes and examples to illustrate how majoring in minor things can waste time and money without significant results.

Whispers vs. Shouts

If you're in the fitness industry, you'll notice that many people major in minor things. Health junkies often focus on aspects that have little influence on their well-being. This is not only expensive and time-wasting but also causes individuals to neglect major aspects that have an enormous impact on their health.

The Problem with Whispers

Many people focus on whispers, which get them nowhere. You should focus on shouts—things that make a difference and get you the results you want. I will discuss common whispers that people think are important but are a huge waste of time and money.


These examples are personal to me because I once thought they were crucial but later learned they have a microscopic influence on getting the desired body.

Organic vs. Non-organic

Consider purchasing organic only if you're eating the outside layer or the skin of fruits and vegetables. For example, apples, strawberries, spinach, and potatoes have a thin layer of skin that you eat.


On the other hand, bananas, avocados, watermelons, and pineapples have a thick layer of skin that you do not eat. There's no reason to spend twice as much on organic bananas since you don't eat the peel. Even though pesticides are sprayed, you're not consuming the part that's sprayed.

Gluten-Free Products

Assuming you don't have celiac disease (meaning your body cannot digest gluten), removing gluten from your diet may be unnecessary.


Some people without celiac still experience stomach discomfort when eating gluten, so they may want to avoid it.


However, for most people, buying gluten-free products is more expensive and unhealthier, as these products often use sugar as a replacement for gluten.


If someone loses weight on a gluten-free diet, it's likely because they consumed fewer calories, not because they stopped consuming gluten.

Brands and Types of the Same Foods

All-purpose flour and table salt are the same, no matter the brand. Don't waste time searching for the best brand—it's all the same. Different versions of the same foods, like pink salt vs. sea salt or red apples vs. green apples, have such small nutritional value differences that they don't matter.

Microwaving vs. Oven Heating

I used to believe microwaving food caused cancer, but after research, I realized this was unnecessary. Heating plastic in the microwave is a no-no, but using the microwave won't kill you. Heating food on the stove or oven might taste better and preserve the texture, but the microwave is still safe.

Steaming vs. Boiling

Steaming frozen vegetables is healthier than boiling, but it takes longer. If you're short on time, boiling is fine, and it won't eliminate all the nutritional value. The difference between steaming and boiling is not significant enough to stress over.

Conclusion: Focus on the Shouts

All these common things people fixate on make a minuscule difference. Many whispers together make a little bit of noise, but a shout gets you real results fast.


Shouts are being smart at the grocery store, being conscious of what you eat, taking cold showers to burn calories, and knowing you can't out-train a bad diet. Focus on the shouts, not the whispers.


Even ten whispers don't stand a chance against one shout. People spend hours on the perfect soft drink to purchase—why? Drink water instead. You don't need to measure every calorie; just get a general idea of what you eat.


Life is full of clutter and unnecessary noise. Don't get distracted by the whispers; focus on the shouts that make a real difference.

One of the main reasons people fail in fat loss is because of the whispers bomb across social media. Focus on the actionable shouts and don't get distracted and overwhelmed.
